Smyrna to consider rezoning for 15 houses

The Smyrna City Council will consider rezoning 5.6 acres at 3744 Plumcrest Road for 15 single-family houses by Venture Homes on Tuesday.

Also, the council will consider annexation of four small parcels, totaling nearly an acre, at 1880, 1890 and 1900 Watkins Road in Mableton and 2808 Madison St.

The council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, instead of Monday because of Labor Day, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 2800 King St.
