The Smyrna City Council agreed to condemn three parcels for the new Glendale Boulevard.

This property is within an area stretching from South Cobb Drive to Old Concord Road.

The property belongs to South Cobb Festival LLC with two parcels at 2500 South Cobb Drive and Lolina Hunn Properties LLC at 2525 Old Concord Road.

Both of these businesses are based out of town and have been unresponsive to Smyrna City Attorney Scott Cochran, said City Administrator Michael L. Jones.

Jones said the parcels will not displace any businesses and comprise a small segment.

South Cobb Festival will be offered $188,100 and Lolina Hunn Properties will receive $22,400.
