Smyrna announces Thanksgiving closings
Thanksgiving closings and changes have been announced by Smyrna city officials, including the Smyrna Library. (Courtesy of Smyrna)
City of Smyrna administrative offices will close in observance of Thanksgiving on Nov. 28-29.
Smyrna Public Safety will remain operational.
The curbside sanitation/recycling schedule will adjust as follows:
- Nov. 25-26 routes will remain unchanged.
- Nov. 28-29 routes will be picked up on Nov. 27.
- No yard waste or large items will be picked up during Thanksgiving week.
More closing information will affect the Smyrna Library:
- Nov. 27 - closing early at 6 p.m.
- Nov. 28 - closed
- Nov. 29 - closed
