Smyrna annexes 17 acres for townhomes
The Smyrna City Council annexed 17.4 acres Monday on Brookside Village Parkway in Mableton.
The property will be the site of 156 townhomes with the annexation becoming effective Jan. 1.
Also, Pradera Group was granted its withdrawal request for rezoning of 2.36 acres on Spring Street for five new single-family residences.
