Skate contest rolls through Underground

Amateur skaters showed off their skills at the Red Bull Manny Mania skate contest at Underground.

Eli Williams performs a trick in the Red Bull Manny Mania skate contest at Atlanta Underground Saturday. More than 30 up-and-coming amateur skaters from across the Southeast took part in the competition.

Warren Devareness performs a jump. Skaters were judged on their ability to perform "manual" tricks on a ramp with various obstacles. (A manual is a trick that requires balance and technical skill to ride a board on only two of its four wheels.)
