A community open house for a Comprehensive Market Study of the Six Flags Special Services District will be held 6-8 p.m. Feb. 24.

To help form a foundation for successful revitalization of the Six Flags area, the meeting will be held at the Riverside EpiCenter, 135 Riverside Parkway, Austell. This market study will identify current and future commercial, office and residential opportunities, according to a Cobb County statement. Understanding opportunities in these three categories will help the South Cobb Redevelopment Authority keep good businesses in the community and attract new ones, the statement added.

Also, a survey will provide a unified vision to set the stage for quality redevelopment. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
