State Sen. Renee Unterman of Buford will be honored Wednesday morning by the Georgia Association of Emergency Medical Services.
Unterman will receive the 2011 Star of Life Legislative Award for her work on behalf of EMS during this year’s legislative session.
The event will start at 10:30 a.m. at Gwinnett County Fire Station No. 24 at 2735 Mall of Georgia Boulevard in Buford.
