The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease space for an outpatient clinic in Cobb.
The VA is looking for about 64,000 square feet of clinic/medical space and is considering either existing buildings or land for new construction.
Existing buildings space must be contiguous and located on no more than two floors.
New construction land sites will require a minimum of 8 acres for the square footage, security setbacks and 512 parking spaces.
The lease term is up to 20 years.
Cobb locations must be in the Lake Acworth Drive/Baker Road/Hickory Grove Road/Wooton Lake Road/North Booth Road areas, Windy Hill Road/Macland Road areas, Bells Ferry Road/Cobb Parkway/U.S. 41 areas or Lost Mountain Road/Mars Hill Road/Cobb Parkway/Lake Acworth Drive areas.
