The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration encourages parents to talk to their children about alcohol when the kids are as young as 9.

Cobb County police ran a sting on 10 establishments Tuesday.

Six passed and four failed, according to police. It appears the sting focused on the Cumberland area.
