Peachtree City is accepting applications for an open seat on its Airport Authority, which owns and operates Atlanta Regional Airport – Falcon Field.
The five volunteer members serve for five-year terms. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the Aviation Center at 7 Falcon Drive, and board members are required to attend at least 80 percent of them. Applicants must have lived in Peachtree City for at least six months; city employees and elected officials from any Fayette County governmental jurisdiction are not eligible to be appointed.
