Applications are now being accepted for one open seat on Fayette County’s Board of Family and Children Services. The five-member board, which is appointed by the Board of Commissioners, meets every other month in Fayetteville and acts as a liaison between the community and the county’s Division of Family and Children Services.

The open term expires on June 30, 2022; board members are compensated $25 per meeting, and experience with providing social services is a plus. Applications, available at www.fayettecountyga.gov or from Tameca White at twhite@fayettecountyga.gov or 770-305-5103, are due Feb. 17.
