Sandy Springs has scheduled hearings in each of its six City Council districts to discuss the development code under the recently approved Next Ten Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
The round of meetings, on unifying zoning, subdivision and environmental regulations in the updated code, starts March 20 with an open house at 4 p.m., followed by a public meeting at 6 p.m., at City Hall, 7840 Roswell Road, Building 500. District meetings will begin at 6 p.m. the following dates:
March 22: District 2, City Hall; District 5, Church of the Atonement, 4959 High Point Road.
March 27: District 4, North Springs Charter High School Media Center, 7447 Roswell Road; District 6, Holy Innocents School, 805 Mount Vernon Highway.
March 29: District 1, Davis Academy/Lower School Media Center, 8105 Roberts Drive; District 3, Sandy Springs United Methodist Church Activity Center, 85 Mount Vernon Highway NW.
