The Sandy Springs branch of the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library System will close temporarily for a facility upgrade on Thursday and Friday. Officials said library service will be available during the two days at the Roswell Library, 115 Norcross St., and the Buckhead Library, 269 Buckhead Ave. N.E., Atlanta.

The library will reopen at 10 a.m. June 13, once workers replace a balky transformer that’s been causing power surges affecting library computers and the HVAC system. The branch is at 395 Mount Vernon Highway.
