“Aston City Springs” will be the name of the 295-unit residential portion of the City Springs project to open in early 2018 in Sandy Springs, its developers have announced.

Carter and Selig Enterprises also unveiled a website for the project: astoncitysprings.com. Aston, at 6400 Blue Stone Road, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and two-bedroom townhouses, along with a "luxury amenity deck" with pool and private courtyard, the developers said.

The website does not appear to list prices yet but invites the visitor to submit his or her name, contact information, and desired housing type and move-in date for updates.

City Springs is the 14-acre, $222 million redevelopment of downtown Sandy Springs. Besides the residential units, it will have a 1,000-seat performing arts center, 95,000 square feet of offices, 35,000 square feet of shopping, a 4-acre park and more than 1,000 parking spaces. The Carter-Selig partnership is developing the residential and retail portions.
