Roundabouts or traffic signals? The city of Milton invites residents to participate in an online survey, asking their opinions of proposed intersection improvements for Hopewell and Hamby roads and Hopewell and Thompson roads.

The 10-question survey is available at: https://bit.ly/2KGHLMk. The deadline to complete it is July 20.

Barge Design Solutions Inc. prepared three alternative plans for Hopewell/Hamby – two with a roundabout, and one, a signalized T-intersection — and three for Hopewell/Thompson — a roundabout, offset signalized intersections, and a single signalized intersection.

Both projects are among those funded by the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax approved in November 2016 by Fulton County voters outside Atlanta. The TSPLOST allocates $37 million in project funding to Milton. Information: https://bit.ly/2lRSNTY
