If there’s a fancy restaurant in Roswell you’ve been eyeing only to be disappointed when you check your bank balance, Jan. 20 to 29 is your best shot.

Participating spots will offer prix fixe menus from $10 to $45. That includes a $25 dinner at a place like high-end pasta haven Osteria Mattone or a $15 breakfast from Flying Biscuit.

The week is hosted by Roswell Inc., which works with the city to promote the business community.
