Roswell will host a free, Family Health and Wellness Expo in May to offer health screenings, demonstrations and healthy treats as well as fitness activities.
The Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 11, on the grounds of City Hall, 38 Hill St.
Local health professionals will participate, and vendors will include Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Ankle & Foot Centers of Georgia, Elevate Family Chiropractic, Eye Elements, Humana, A Step Ahead Physical Therapy, Sprouts Market, Red Apple Pharmacy, Kaiser Permanente and WNBA Atlanta, according to a city announcement.
The event also will feature a live DJ, children's activities and Yoga and Zumba fitness instructors. Information: www.roswellgov.com/wellness
