Atlanta police released a sketch of a suspect who is wanted in connection with the robbery of three women.

Police said that shortly after 1 a.m. March 26, three women left a bar in the East Atlanta Village. As they walked on Gresham Avenue near Emerson Avenue, they were approached from behind by two men armed with guns. The women were forced to lay on the ground and robbed; two of the women were pistol-whipped, authorities said.

After the robbery, the women were ordered to get up and walk northbound on Gresham, toward Glenwood Avenue. The men then fled on foot, heading eastbound on Emerson Avenue.

Police released a sketch of one of the suspects, who is described as a slim, black male in his early 20s, between 5-foot-7 and 6-foot tall.
