Rezoning request to build over 80 townhomes in Dunwoody

The Dunwoody Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m. July 14, at Dunwoody City Hall, Council Chambers 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods are requesting rezoning of property at 4340 through 4388 Old Georgetown Trail and at 54 Perimeter Center Parkway. The aim at the latter place is for building 87 townhomes. The request regarding Old Georgetown Trail involves changing the property from single to multi-dwelling. The public is invited to attend and comment.
