The Brookhaven Zoning Appeals Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m., Aug. 19, at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. With the exception of two commercial properties requesting zoning variances, the entire agenda is about construction projects for single-family homes, including improvements to four existing single family residences. The board will hear requests regarding: a Townhome Development at 1338 and 1344 North Cliff Valley Way; an appeal of denial of a land disturbance permit for 3920, 3926, and 3930 Peachtree Road; construction of a single-family residence at 2141 Drew Valley Road; and for construction of retaining walls, a deck and porch for a new home at 1537 Tryon Road.
