A Gwinnett County man was arrested after threatening people with a battle ax, Channel 2 Action News is reporting.

Ashante Stokes was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and burglary after he threatened to kill three men at a home on Old Norcross-Tucker Road on Saturday, police told Channel 2.

Family members told police Stokes threatened to kill them while holding the ax.

Police told Channel 2 that Stokes claimed that one of them owed him $200.
