1. North Park expansion. $35 million. Project to restore and develop 53 acres includes meadows and wetlands improvement; interactive fountain construction; North Woods and Upper Meadow renovation. To be finished 2010.

2. Parking structure. $24.5 million. Built by Atlanta Botanical Garden on former park land in land swap with Conservancy. Opened last month.

3. Lake Clara Meer. $2.4 million. 2003 renovation restored gazebo, built new granite bridge, refurbished lakefront.

4. Historic bathhouse and pool. $6.1 million. Rebuilt swimming pool, renovated bathhouse into events facility.

5. Active oval. $2 million. 2005 renovation revamped sports fields and volleyball courts, added jogging path, gazebo and seating.

6. Visitor center. $1.5 million. Renovated 1910 building and four park entrances in time for 1996 Olympics.

7. Oak Hill. $3 million. Completed in 2003, added new turf, more than 200 trees, paths and an irrigation system to Oak Hill.

8. The Meadow. $1 million. 2003 restoration of 15 acres of lawn with underground irrigation.
