Clayton County Schools has again postponed the groundbreaking of a new elementary school and a transportation depot because of inclement weather.

The district was supposed to break ground on the STEM school at 4 p.m. Thursday, but has moved it to 4 p.m. March 4.

Forecasted rain forced the district to postpone the groundbreaking. It’s the second time the district has moved the date because of rain.

The school is set to become the new home for pupils attending Eddie White Elementary School.
