RaceTrac returns to Braselton for zoning approval

Gipco Southern Inc. will return to Braselton for a conditional use permit to build a RaceTrac convenience store/gas station at the southwest corner of the Thompson Mill Road/SR 211 intersection.

The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the request at 7 p.m. April 23 and the Braselton Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. May 10. Both meetings will be held at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53. The applicant, Gipco Southern Inc., had previously delayed the request.
