After having withdrawn their application several times, RaceTrac returns to Braselton once again for a conditional use permit and zoning changes in order to build a convenience store/gas station at the southwest corner of the Thompson Mill Road/State Route 211 intersection.

The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the request at 7 p.m. July 23 and the Braselton Mayor and Town Council will hold a public hearing on the matter at 4 p.m. Aug. 9. Both meetings will be held at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53.
