Public invited to weigh in on new ordinance

Snellville Mayor Kelly Kautz and City Council are asking the public to review a proposed amendment to the city’s solicitation ordinance.

Highlights include door-to-door salesperson must obtain a permit and register with the Snellville Police Department, provide personal information, submit to a background check, obtain a Snellville solicitation permit badge and vehicle solicitation sign.
