Peachtree Corners officials will conduct a ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony for the city’s new Veterans Memorial at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 15 at the city’s new Town Center. Entrance to the event is from Medlock Bridge Road between Bush Road and Peachtree Corners Circle.

According to the monument association’s website: www.ptcvets.net, “the monument is designed to honor all military Veterans past, present and future for their service to the United States of America and its citizens, and to the preservation of freedom throughout the world”. The monument will contain an interactive component to identify and recognize the service of the Veterans of Peachtree Corners.
