Public invited to hotel, parking deck groundbreaking in Lawrenceville

Lawrenceville officials, along with Northpointe Hospitality Management, will officially break ground on the city’s new Lawrence Hotel and parking deck at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec 12 at 155 South Chestnut St.

The Lawrenceville Hotel will be a full-service boutique hotel with 120 rooms, a 5,000-square-foot conference center, retail space, restaurant and bar. The adjacent parking deck will add 380 parking spaces to the downtown area.
