Marietta will consider rezoning the former Boston Homes federal public housing site for a single-family residential development off Howard Street and Washington Avenue. Brock Built Homes plans to build 80 houses and 19 townhouses on 17 acres, contingent on the city council rezoning the property Jan. 14. The council in August approved plans for 54 single-family houses and 18 townhouses on the former Johnny Walker public housing site off Powder Springs and Wright Street.
