The City of Dunwoody Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing 6 p.m. Monday and will meet for a second read 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East to discuss amendments to the zoning code.
Cypress Communities on behalf of CQ Dunwoody Village Court seeks permission to allow for the construction of townhomes at 1536 Dunwoody Village Parkway as part of an 81-unit townhome development with 1530 Dunwoody Village Parkway. The applicant seeks to have the property currently zoned Office-Institution District to Multi-dwelling Residential District.
