This year some of the best formal looks are straight off the runway. Expect to see lots of coral and shades of blue, along with classic black and white. We asked Tootsies to give us the scoop on what's in store for prom season, while the folks at City Salon by Michele Coulter and Sugarcoat showed us hair and makeup styles.
