The jackpot for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing is up to $146 million, Georgia Lottery Corp. officials said.

The top prize has been climbing since a player in Pennsylvania won a $173 million jackpot on April 25.

If a single ticket matches all six numbers drawn Wednesday, and that player chooses the cash option, the ticket will be worth a single payout of approximately $95 million.

A Mega Millions player in California matched all six numbers drawn Tuesday night in that multi-state lottery, winning a $32 million jackpot. Tuesday's Mega Millions numbers were 2, 14, 29, 53 and 55, and the Mega Ball was 31.

The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions game is $12 million.
