Power to area home and traffic lights has been restored after an outage Sunday morning, Georgia Power officials say.

More than 2700 people were without power about 9:30 a.m., after a transformer blew on Upper Hembree Road in Alpharetta.

Stoplights were temporarily out along Alpharetta Highway 9, Roswell police said.
