Power problem knocks WSB-TV off the air

An undetermined technical problem knocked WSB-TV off the air just before noon Monday.

WSB Radio was also off the air for several minutes.

The problem appeared to have possibly been caused by a power surge or outage.

Georgia Power spokeswoman Lynn Wallace said the utility had sent a repair crew to the station to try and determine what happened.
