The Powder Springs Planning and Zoning Commission, then mayor and city council plan to hold public hearings on several changes to the city’s Unified Development Code.

The commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday followed by the city council’s meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 2, both in the Municipal Court building, 4483 Pineview Drive, until renovations of the Council Chambers are completed in the Community Development building, 4488 Pineview Drive.

Copies of these amendments, regarding subdivisions and land usage, are on file with City Clerk Kelly Axt and are available for public inspection 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at City Hall, 4484 Marietta St.
