Review is underway for Powder Springs to become a Bicycle-Friendly Community.

The review process for the city is underway by the League of American Bicyclists.

Feedback is requested by the city and the league through a short survey to better understand local bicyclists’ experiences and perceptions of bicycling in the city.

The survey results will help the league and the city to better understand current bicycling conditions and potential areas for improvement.

With each question optional, this survey should take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Survey responses will be shared anonymously with the city as a part of its BFC Feedback Report.

For being bicycle friendly, Georgia is ranked 19 in the nation with 12 bicycle-friendly communities, 23 bicycle-friendly businesses and nine bicycle-friendly universities, according to the league.
