The finance director for Powder Springs is now also the assistant city manager.

City Manager Pam Conner announced Monday that Diana Bellinger will be assisting her.

Project areas will include the Cobb megahertz radio leases, health insurance program and 12 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) budgeted at $1.9 million.

Bellinger is a former accountant with Cobb County who assisted with the Cobb Community Development Block Grant Program.
