Powder Springs Council meetings to be livestreamed
LifeStream will provide live and archived streaming of Powder Springs events such as city council and town hall meetings and special events. Contributed
Powder Springs events will be livestreamed under an agreement approved on Nov. 4 by the City Council.
The services provided by LifeStream, LLC will allow the city to stream council meetings, town hall meetings, special events and other community events - live and archived - for on-demand viewing through internet and social media-based platforms.
LifeStream’s one-time fee will be $799, with a monthly recurring fee of $399 for 12 months.
“Easy and convenient access to public information” will be available to the public, according to the resolution.
