Powder Springs to consider hotel, apartment requests

Public hearings will be held 7 p.m. Monday in the Council Chambers, Powder Springs Community Development building, 4488 Pineview Drive by the Powder Springs City Council on a request to allow a hotel, apartments and retail into Powder Springs.

Seven Springs Station is asking for the changes at Richard D. Sailors Parkway, Florence Road and C.H. James Parkway.

Also, the company is requesting a hardship variance to the maximum density allowed in the Community Activity Center Future Land Use Category.
