Public hearings will be held in Powder Springs Monday and May 4 regarding a special use application for a car wash.

Curtis Errar wants to open the car wash at 3930 Austell Powder Springs Road.

The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the first hearing at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Council Chambers, Community Development Building, 4488 Pineview Drive.

Then the city council will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. May 4, also in the Council Chambers.

Anyone who desires to speak at a city public hearing must disclose campaign contributions to the Community Development Department five days before the hearing.
