Portion of Hill Street in Duluth closed Feb. 3-7

Hill Street in front of the Duluth Festival Center will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3 through 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7 due to construction on the municipal parking deck. Residents may still access Hill Street and City Hall from Hardy Industrial on that side of downtown.
The new public parking deck is part of a public-private partnership development that will include a 100-room Courtyard by Marriott development behind the Duluth Fall Festival Stage.
The 325-space parking deck will reserve 100 parking spaces for hotel guests. The hotel is designed to be on top of the two-story parking deck.
