A popular Netflix show will film outside a former Atlanta elementary school, causing traffic delays for some southwest Atlanta residents.

The Netflix show “Insatiable” will film at the former Capitol View Elementary School building on Monday and Wednesday, according to a letter issued to residents.

“We realize we are guests in your neighborhood and our cast and crew are committed to treating the area with the utmost respect,” the letter stated.

Lynnhaven Drive will close between Metropolitan Parkway and Charlton Place. Residents are urged to take alternative routes.

An exact time of the closure was not provided, but off-duty police officers will help with traffic, according to the letter.

Now in its second season, “Insatiable” centers on a a bullied teenager girl who loses weight in a freak accident and seeks revenge on her bullies. The show has been criticized for stigmatizing obesity.
