The woman found shot Saturday afternoon at Atlantic Station likely suffered a self-inflicted wound, Atlanta police said.

According to Midtown shopping center’s Twitter account, the incident happened in a parking deck.

The victim was found with an “apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the neck” and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she was in critical condition, Atlanta police said. The incident was caught on video surveillance and the gun was recovered, police said.
