Two men were arrested after a fatal shooting Sunday allegedly sparked by a dispute over a cellphone.

Montavious Bell, 29, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Stratford Arms Apartments in Riverdale, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Christopher Floyd, 29, is charged with murder, and his 27-year-old brother, Scott King, is charged with voluntary manslaughter for allegedly urging his brother to shoot, the report said.

Montavious Bell’s mother, Tanya Bell, told Channel 2 that the dispute started after her 16-year-old daughter sold King a cellphone that he refused to pay for fully. She said King punched her daughter during a confrontation, then the teen’s brothers came to defend her and one of them was shot.

Floyd and King are being held at the Clayton County Jail.
