Kennesaw police are hoping to identify this man, who they say stole thousands of dollars in wine from Whole Foods.

Police: man stole $2,000 in wine from Cobb Whole Foods

Kennesaw police are looking for a man accused of taking dozens of bottles of wine from an upscale grocery store.

The alleged shoplifter on Thursday, May 2 stole multiple bottles of wine valued between $1,500 and $2,000 from Whole Foods at 1300 Barrett Parkway NW, Kennesaw police said on its Facebook page. 

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has reached out to Kennesaw police to get more details about the incident. 

Anyone with information about the identity of the man in the photo is asked to call Kennesaw police at 770-422-2505 or Greater Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
