Surveillance footage of a Greenbriar Mall jewelry store robbery was released by Atlanta police Tuesday.

Two armed men stole merchandise worth a total of $8,000 from Shirin Jewelers inside the southwest Atlanta mall Sunday afternoon, according to the police report. After they initially posed as customers, one of the men fired two rounds at the glass display case in the front of the store to break the glass. The men took several items and fled, but one of them cut his hand on the shattered display case.

A witness in the parking lot saw the men leave in a green Ford Taurus. Officers responded to the scene just after 2:30 p.m.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Atlanta Police commercial robbery unit at 404-546-4255 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
