Police arrested a man Friday evening believed to be responsible for 25 robberies across metro Atlanta.

Artavius Marcellus Brown, 23, of Atlanta is charged with federal bank robbery for allegedly robbing a PNC Bank in Tucker, according to Atlanta police spokesman Sgt. Greg Lyon.

“Brown is also believed to be responsible for robberies at 24 Family Dollar stores throughout metro Atlanta,” Lyon said.

Brown was found hiding in a home on Thomasville Drive and taken into custody without incident, according to Lyon.
