Police arrest one suspect in Brookhaven burglary

Brookhaven police arrested Ato Swinger, 39, of Hapeville in connection with the Oct. 20 burglary at Windsor Communities Apartments. Swinger and a second suspect were captured on surveillance video exiting a stairway of the building.

A crime stoppers tip provided one of Swinger’s several aliases as Antwan Swinger, police said.

Police still seek the identity of the second suspect.
