A Pittsburgh man who once weighed nearly 800 pounds shared his incredible weight loss journey on NBC’s ‘Today Show’ Friday morning.

Justin Willoughby said he suffered from stress and anxiety as a teen, and turned to food for comfort.

By the time he was 16 years old, Willoughby said he weighed 799 pounds. It wasn’t until then that he realized that he would die if he didn’t focus on losing weight

A decade later, Willoughby is down 550 pounds, and he said he did the “old fashion way,” with no weight loss surgery.
