In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Peachtree Center is hosting a pink pumpkin patch for charity next week.

The event, “Pink Pumpkins in the Plaza,” will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 24 in the center’s courtyard area, according to a news release

Visitors to the pumpkin patch can buy a porcelain pink pumpkin, and all proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society, according to the release.

The Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation started the pink pumpkin patches as a way to raise money for breast cancer awareness.

Customers are asked to place the pumpkins on their porch as a way to raise awareness about breast cancer.
